摘要
关于企业竞争力评价问题,许多学者曾进行过一些专门研究,本文讨论了企业竞争力的一种模糊多指标评价方法。首先从企业自身角度出发,分析并归纳了影响竞争力评价的因素。主要考虑的因素包括企业价值链基本活动、价值链辅助活动、基本竞争力等方面。然后基于这些评价指标,给出一种应用于企业竞争力评价的指标体系和模糊多指标评价方法,为企业竞争力评价提供了定量分析。本文最后给出了一个具体的算例。
Many scholars have ever studied the problem evaluating the corporation's competitive power.This pa-per will discuss a fuzzy multi-index approach on evaluating the corporation's competitive power.First,it analyzes some factors affecting the corporation's competitive power from the corporation.It mainly includes such as basic activities and aided activities of the value chain,basic competitive power,etc.Second,based on these indexes,It designs a set of indexes for evaluating the corporation's competitive power and a fuzzy multi-index model of e-valuation,which provides quantitative analysis for it.Last,this paper gives a example of this model.
