摘要
为了更科学地定量解决工业行业经济效益多指标比较问题 ,本文提出了一种基于人工神经网络的评价新方法 ,通过辨识和知识推理 ,有效地解决了权重问题 ,从而排序得以实现。
For more scientifical solving the problem of comparing synthetic economy's benefit of industrial trades under multi\|indices system,this paper suggests a new method,based on artificial neural network.The weights of indices can be obtained by identification and knowledge's inference,thus the order of industrial trades can be determined.Simulation shows that the method accordes with practice.\;
