摘要 目的 观察姜黄素对家兔髂动脉球囊损伤后血管内膜增生的影响。方法 取新西兰大白兔 3 0只 ,随机分为对照组 (G1)、阿托伐他汀组 (G2 )和姜黄素组 (G3 ) ,每组 10只。所有实验动物在高脂饮食的基础上分别予生理盐水 5mL/d、阿托伐他汀 2 .5mg/(kg·d)、姜黄素10 0mg/(kg·d)灌胃给药 ,1周后制做髂动脉内膜球囊损伤模型。实验第 5周检测血脂并取目的血管 ,经HE、弹力纤维染色观察血管内膜增生情况。结果 G3及G2组血甘油三酯 (TC)、胆固醇 (TG)及低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)均明显降低 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)升高 ,病理切片显示姜黄素可显著抑制血管内膜增生。结论 姜黄素能降低高脂饮食家兔TC ,TG及LDL ,升高HDL ,同时具有减轻髂动脉球囊损伤后内膜增生作用 。 Objective It is to observe the effect of curcumin on intima hyperplasi a of rabbit's iliac artery after balloon injury. Methods 30 New Zealand rabbits were divided into control group, Atorvastatin group and curcumin group at random . Respectively, they were fed with normal saline 5?mg/d, Atorvastatin 2.5?mg/( kg· d) and curcumin 100?mg/(kg·d) by gastrogavage based on high fat diet for a wee k. Then they were induced to model of ballon injury of iliac artery. The target ve ssel was taken out and the intima hyperplasia was observed by HE and elastic fib ers. Results The content of TC, TG and LDL in Atorvastatin group and curcumin gr oup decreased significantly ( P <0.01), HDL rose highly and the area of neoint ima in curcumin group was suppressed. Conclusion Curcumin can reduce the content of TC, TG and LDL, raise the level of HDL, and suppress the intima hyperplasia of i liac artery after ballon injury.
