摘要
姜黄素(Curcumin)是从植物姜黄(Curcumalonga)根茎中提取分离得到的一种酚类色素成分。作者研究了姜黄素对大鼠血小板的聚集和血栓形成的抑制作用。结果表明,姜黄素在体外具有明显的抗血小板聚集作用,IC50=62.56μmol/L。整体给药(腹腔注射50mg/kg,1/d,共7d)亦可见大鼠血小板聚集率明显下降,与对照组比较,姜黄素可使血小板聚集率下降37.62%(P<0.01)。对于整体血栓形成也有明显的抑制作用,给药后可使血栓湿重较对照组降低60.31%(P<0.01)。结果提示,姜黄素在体内和体外均有良好的抑制大鼠血小板聚集和血栓形成的作用,其在防治血栓栓塞性疾病中的应用价值有待进一步研究。
Curcumin is the yellow pigment extract from Curcuma longa.The present study investigated its inhibiting effects on rat platelets.The result showed that curcumin exhihited significant.antiaggregation effect on rat platelets in vitro with IC50 62.56μmol/L.When given intraperitioneally,the aggregation rate of rat platelet induced by ADP was reduced 37.62 percent and the in vivo thrombosis was 60.31 percent inhibited.The results indicated that curcumin has an anti-platelet-aggregation effect In rat hoth in vitro and In vivo.
