摘要
目的 :观察国产阿维A治疗严重银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法 :国产阿维A组 2 2例 [男性 17例 ,女性 5例 ,年龄 (42±s14 )a],进口阿维A组 2 6例 [男性 19例 ,女性 7例 ,年龄 (40± 18)a],前 4wk均给予阿维A 30mg ,po ,qd ,后 8wk给予 2 0～ 5 0mg ,po ,qd ,总疗程 3mo。结果 :国产阿维A治愈率和有效率分别为 6 8%和 91% ,进口阿维A分别为6 9 %和 92 %。药物不良反应发生率分别为 91%和 92 % ,2组组间差异均无显著意义 (均P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :国产阿维A是一种安全。
AIM:To observe the efficacy and safety of domestic acitretin in the treatment of severe psoriasis. METHODS: Twenty two patients(M 17, F 5; age (42± s 14)a) of the domestic acitretin group received domestic acitretin and twenty six patients (M 19, F 7; age (40±18) a) of the imported acistretin group received imported acitretin. Both groups were given domestic or imported acitretin 30 mg, po , qd for the first 4 wk, 25～50 mg, po , qd for the next 8 wk. The treatment course was 3 mo. RESULTS: The cured rates and effective rates of domestic acitretin and imported acitretin were 68 % and 91 %, 79 % and 92 % , respectively. The adverse reaction rates in two groups were 91 % and 92 % , respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Domestic acitretin is effective and safe in the treatment of severe psoriasis.
