摘要
目的探讨红皮病型银屑病的诱发因素及治疗效果。方法对42例红皮病型银屑病病人的病史资料、临床特征、治疗经过进行回顾分析。结果多种因素可导致红皮病型银屑病发病,不规范应用糖皮质激素及感染是其主要原因。治疗总治愈率为57.5%,显效率为27.5%。结论加强对寻常型银屑病病人的健康指导能够降低红皮病型银屑病的发病率。红皮病型银屑病的合理治疗将取得满意疗效。
Objective To investigate the inducement and treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis. Methods The data of 42 patients with erythrodermic psoriasis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Erythrodermic psoriasis was recorded to be caused by multiple factors,incorrect use of corticosteroids and infection were the main ones. The total cure rate was 57.5% and excellence was 27.5%. Conclusion Enhancing health education to patients with psoriasis vulgaris could reduce the morbidity of erythrodermic psoriasis. Rational treatment for erythrodermic psoriasis could get satisfied results.
