阿维A联合其他药物治疗脓疱型及红皮病型银屑病 被引量：7

摘要 回顾分析泛发性脓疱型银屑病20例,红皮病型银屑病22例,给予阿维A胶囊口服,联合穿琥宁800mg或强力宁60～100mL静脉滴注。阿维A剂量开始为0.5～1.0mg(kg·d),起效后逐渐减量,维持量为10～30mgd。脓疱型银屑病及红皮病型银屑病总有效率分别为85%、81.9%。阿维A联合其它药物治疗脓疱型及红皮病型银屑病疗效显著。
