迷走神经背核簇尾侧部内NT-LI物的核内联系 被引量:2

Intranuclear Relationships about Neurotensin-like Immunoreactive Structures in the Caudal Portion of the Dorsal Vagal Complex

摘要 本文用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行标记法结合免疫细胞化学法(PAP 法)对大鼠迷走神经背核簇尾侧部内神经降压肽样免疫反应(NT-LI)物与核内迷走神经传入纤维及副交感节前神经元的联系进行了光镜下的研究。发现注射侧孤束核内 HRP 顺行标记纤维或终末与NT-LI 胞体和终末重叠分布;迷走神经背核内 NT-LI 终末与 HRP 逆行标记的节前神经元也有明显重叠的现象。由此推测核内一部分 NT-LI 细胞有可能作为迷走神经传入纤维与迷走神经副交感节前神经元之间的中间神经元,构成一条回路参与对内脏、心血管活动的调节。 In this experiment,relation of neurotensin-like immunoreactive (NT-LI)structures with vagal afferent fibers and parasympathetic preganglionic neurons in the caudal portion of the dorsal vagal complex was studied microscopically by retrograde labeled horse radish peroxidase(HRP) method combined with immunocytochemistry(PAP technique).The results indicated that the HRP anterograde labeled fibers and terminals in the nucleus of solitary tract overlaped with the NT-LI cells and terminals.The NT-LI terminals also had obvious interactions with the HRP retrograde labeled preganglionic neurons in the dorsal vagal nucleus.It is suggested that some NT-LI cells may be intermediate neurons between vagal afferent fibers and parasympathetic preganglionic neurons,and establish a circuit to play regulatory role in visceral and cardiovascular activities.
