摘要
本文在用CB-HRP逆行追踪结合免疫细胞化学法对胸腺副交感节前神经元进行观察的基础上,用图像分析仪列标记神经元做了定量研究。证明胸腺副交感节前神经元主要位于延髓的面后核、疑核、迷走神经背核、面神经核等处。标记神经元的树突向各方向伸展,主要伸向网状结构和孤束核。标记细胞的当量圆直径为28.88 μm(±2.48)。胞体平均直径与第1级树突数目无相关;但与第1级树突平均直径正相关;第1级树突直径与其树突组合长度正相关。用CB-HRP与免疫细胞化学结合法发现疑核中有CB-HRP与L-ENK样双标细胞和CB-HRP与SOM样双标细胞,说明有些胸腺副交感节前神经元中含有L-ENK或SOM。
The parasympathetic preganglionic neurons innervating the thymus of the rat was studied by CB-HRP retrograde tracing and immunocytochemical method and the dendrites and cell bodies of the labelled neurons were studied quantitatively. In the cases treated by CB-HRP, the labelled neurons were evident in four areas of the medulla. The dendrites of most labelled neurons were foufid extending into the reticular formation and nucleus of the solitary tract. The circle diameter of the soma of the labelled neurons was 28.88(±2.48), the mean diameter of the soma positively correlated to the mean diameter of 1st order dendrite, but not to the number of it. The diameter of a 1st order dendrite was positively correlated to the combined length of this dendrite. By combined CB-HRP retrograde tracing and immunocytochemical technique, CBHRP-ENK and CB-HRP-SOM like double labelled neurons were found in the ambiguus nucleus, but not in others. It suggests that some of the neurons innervating the thymus contain peptides, at least cnkephalin and somatostatin.
