摘要
把新的教学观念具体化为教师的教学行为,实现教学的根本变革,是新课程方案实施成败的关键。但观念的更新并不必然导致行为的变化,教学策略是沟通教学观念与教学行为的中介桥梁,它是教学观念的具体化与程序化,同时也为教学的变革提供现实途径与强力支持,是教师专业成熟的标志。在此基础上,本文对教学策略的生成过程,以及教师个人策略库的构建作了具体分析与探讨。
As for the implementing the new curricula plan,it is vital to carry out these novel teaching ideas in teaching practices and thus make the change of teaching styles into reality.But it is not inevitable that the transcendence of ideas will lead to the improvement of behaviors.It is teaching strategy that associates the teaching ideas and actions,provide practical method and strong support for the transformation of teaching actions,and signify the mature of professional level of teaching.In the present article,it is anglicized and discussed that the developmental process of teaching strategy and the construction of teachers'strategy tanks.
