摘要
本文将Fourier变换应用于示波计时电位法的研究,推导了去极剂存在时“E-t”曲线的谐波电位方程,并用实验进行了验证。采用FFT技术对及“if-E”曲线进行频谱分析,实验表明,在一定浓度范围内,二次谐波与三次谐波幅值同去极剂浓度呈线性关系,可用于定量分析测试。
Application of Fourier transformation on oscillo—chronopontimetry was investigated in this paper. Harmonic equations for E—t curve with the presence of depolarizer were derived and confirmed through experimental work. Frequency—Spectrum analysis for dE/ dt—E and if—E curves was also made by using FFT technique. It was found that the harmonic potentials E2, E3 had good linear relation with concentration of depolarizer C_o and could be quantitatively used in analytical work.
