摘要
发展了一种在线正相微孔柱高效液相色谱/傅氏变换红外光谱联用法。它有匹配的接口,适当的联机参数,合理的数据处理方法。用本法成功地实现了对一些模型混合物和实际样品的分析鉴定。实验表明本法可作为复杂有机混合物分析鉴定的有效手段之一。
A combined method of normal phase microbore HPLC with a FTIR spectrometer using a flow cell interface has been developed. It has a rational geometry of the flow cell, good data processing approach and matchable coupled parameters, On-line analytical results show that good separations,, good signal- to- noise ratios of the on-line IR spectra and satisfactory detection limits can be obtained by employing this method. On-line HPLC/FTIR is a valuable tool in complex mixture analysis and identification. Limitations of this method are also outlined.
