摘要
目的 :对口腔宝中金银花所含主要化学成分绿原酸进行含量测定。方法 :采用单波长薄层扫描法 ,λ =3 3 0nm ,SX =3。结果 :方法学考察结果表明 ,该研究建立的分析方法有较好的重现性和稳定性 ;测定方法的平均回收率为 98.2 9% ,RSD % =1.64 %。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。
Objective:To establish a determination method for chlorogenic acid of Lonicera in Kouqiangbao.Methods:Single wavelength TLC-scanning was used, λ =330 nm, SX =3.Results:The methodological evaluation shows that this method has good repeatability and reproducibility;The average recovery was 97.68% and RSD was 1.64%.Conclusion:This method is simple, quick, accurate and with good reproducibility.
