摘要
该文认为,我国普通高校成人高等教育长期以来一直采用的学年制教学管理制度已不适应当今时代对人才培养的要求,而另一方面,能够适应这种需要的完全学分制在目前成人高教中实行的条件又不成熟。为了解决这一矛盾,学年学分制,作为一种妥协的产物,作为一种由学年制向学分制的过渡,是目前成人高教比较可行的教学管理制度,而完全学分制,是今后若干年内的发展方向。
The academic - year system has been employed in the adult education management of ordinary colleges and universities for many years. This teaching management system cannot meet the demands of the current education. The credit system can meet such demands, but the conditions for carrying it out in adult higher education are not mature enough. To solve the problem, an academic - year and credit system as an intermediate step from the academic - year system to the credit system, is a practicable system in the current adult higher education. And the credit system is the target in the following years.
