摘要
为了研究L-精氨酸治疗孕鼠妊高征效果及机制,利用亚硝基左旋精氨酸甲酯建立孕鼠妊高征模型,并利用L-精氨酸治疗,观察其对孕鼠妊高征治疗效果及一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素II(ANGII)、血栓烷(TXA2)、前列环素(PGI2)等指标的影响。结果发现L-精氨酸可明显改善孕鼠妊高征症状、体征。模型组与对照组、低、高剂量L-精氨酸组比较血清NO、ANGII、PGI2水平、NOS活性均显著降低,而血清ET、TXA2水平明显增高。结果提示NO浓度、NOS活性降低及血管调节因子失衡,可能为妊高征的发病机制;L-精氨酸对大鼠妊高征有明显的治疗作用。这一结果可能为妊高征的预防和治疗提供新的合理方法及手段。
To examine the pathogenesis of pregnancyinduced hypertension syndrome(PIH) in rat and the feasibility of treating it with Larginine. The rat PIH model induced by methyl ester was established, and treated with Larginine. The therapeutic efficacy on rat PIH and the changes of the indexes such as NO, NOS, ET, ANG II, TXA2 and PGI2 were detected. The symptoms and physical signs of rat PIH were obviously ameliorated by administration of Larginine. Compared with control group , low dosage group and high dosage group, the content of serum NO, ANG II and PGI2, the activity of rat NOS in model group were decreased, while ET, and TXA2 increased. So, the pathogenesis of PIH are the decrease of level of NO, activity of NOS and disequilibria of blood vessel regulating factors. The fact that the Larginine is effective for PIH may provides a new reasonable and feasible way for PIH therapy.
