妊娠高血压综合征患者血清对内皮细胞表达CD226的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的 :探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者血清对体外培养的内皮细胞表达CD2 2 6的影响。方法 :PIHS患者血清与血管内皮细胞进行共培养 ,用间接免疫荧光法进行标记 ,用流式细胞仪检测受刺激后血管内皮细胞上CD2 2 6的表达。结果 :PIHS组患者和正常孕妇血清刺激的血管内皮细胞表达CD2 2 6的百分率分别为 15 .5 1%和 7.15 % ,PIHS患者组显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :PIHS患者血清具有刺激血管内皮细胞表达CD2 2 6的作用 ,提示PIHS患者血清中可能存在某些细胞因子能诱导内皮细胞合成CD2 2 6 ,由此进一步提示CD2 2 6可能参与PIHS发生的病理生理作用。
