摘要
本文从理论和实践两个方面探讨医用压力传感器芯片制作工艺,旨在研究微机械加工工艺在医用压力传感器上的应用。
A manufacturing technology of medical pressure transducer diaphragm is stated in the paper.The main point is the application of micromechanism process technology in medical pressure transducer.
