摘要
对宝钢连铸一分厂 60t中间包进行了 1∶3水模实验 ,主要研究非稳态条件下拉速、余钢量对不同钢种连浇时交接部长度的影响 ,以利于改进现场的操作。
A scale water model experiment with 1∶3 was done to simulate a 60-t tundish of No.1 continuous caster of Baosteel.The influence of the casting speed under non-steady state and the weight of residual molten steel on the length of mixing zone was studied in continuous casting between different steel grades,so as to improve the operation in the production.
