摘要
针对宝钢一连铸 60t中间包进行了 1∶3水模实验 ,研究了非稳态条件下拉速、余钢量对不同钢种连浇时交接部长度的影响 。
A water model experiment of 1∶3 scale was made to simulate 60?t tundish of №1 continuous caster of Baosteel. The effect of casting speed and residual molten steel weight on mixing zone length at the interface of different steel grades in unsteady conditions were investigated. The research results can be used for improving the casting operation for better slab quality.
