摘要
针对小方坯连铸6流中间包,采用模型与原型1∶3的相似比,建立水模拟系统,对原型中间包内钢液的流场分布进行评估,并研究了不同多孔挡墙及湍流器对中间包内钢液流动特性的影响。结果表明,使用湍流器能显著降低钢液的湍流强度,减少对浇注区液面的冲刷。湍流器与改进多孔挡墙(Q)组合效果最佳,可以有效地改善中间包内流场分布,促进夹杂物上浮,提高钢水的洁净度。
According to the 6-strand billet continuous casting tundish,a 1∶3 water model system was established to examine the flow field in local tundish,and to study the effects of turbulence inhibitor and porous baffle on the behavior of liquid flow in tundish.Results showed that the turbulence intensity in tundish obviously decreased by using turbulence inhibitor,and it was available to reduce the erosion on surface of tundish.The improved porous baffle(Q) and turbulence inhibitor used together were optimal,which could change the fluid flow in tundish efficiently,improve inclusion removal and raise steel cleanliness.
