摘要
对甲壳素的衍生物———硫酸化甲壳素和硫酸化壳聚糖的免疫学活性进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,硫酸化甲壳素和硫酸化壳聚糖对小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能均有促进作用,吞噬率均比对照提高1.5倍,吞噬指数分别比对照提高1.5倍和1.2倍.对处理组和对照组数据做t检验,分别有P=6.915×10-10和P=1.580×10-8,差异均达到极显著水平.
In this paper,the immune activity of sulfated chitin and sulfated chitosan was studied.The experiment result showed that sulfated chitin and sulfated chitosan promoted significantly the phagocytosis mouse abdominal cavity megalophage.The phagocytic percentage of treating group was increased by 1.5 times,phagocytic index of treating group was increased by 1.5 times 1.2 times as compared with the control.the t test of between control group and treating group was P=6.915×10-10 and P=1.580×10-8.
