摘要
时代需要高素质的人才,如何造就一支适应时代发展要求的高素质图书馆员队伍是摆在当今图书馆面前的重大任务。本文详叙了当代图书馆员应具备的素质及其三个构成方面:思想人文素质、综合科学素质和信息素质,并就培养馆员素质的途径进行了有益的探索。
High -qualified personnel is needed in ours era. It is an important task for today' s libraries to train excellent librarians who can meet the need of this era' s advancement. This paper discusses the qualities today' s librarians should possess,which include humanistic quality, comprehensive science quality and information quality. It also tries to find out the effective ways to cultivate librarian' s qualities.
