摘要
知识经济时代,图书馆员继续教育体系的完善宜从优化馆员知识结构入手,既要注重教育内容的层次性和教育途径的多样性,又要注重考核工作,以有效地提高图书馆员的素质。
Continuous education system for librarians should be perfected to face the coming knowledge economy era. The following must be well considered and treated to effectively strengthen librarians innate quality construction: knowledge structure and level, ways and contents of continuous education.
