固载三氯化铁催化合成丁酸丁酯的研究 被引量:6

Synthesis of Butyl Butanate Catalyzed by FeCl_3·6H_2O Adsorbed on Silica Gel

摘要 以硅胶为载体制得三氯化铁固载化催化剂,正丁酸和正丁醇为原料合成了丁酸丁酯。最佳合成条件:以0 2mol正丁酸为基准,醇酸摩尔比1 4,催化剂用量2 0g,反应时间90min,酯收率86 1%。研究表明该催化剂具有催化活性高,制备简便,价廉易得,易于分离,能重复使用等优点。 By using FeCl3·6H2O absorbed on silica gel as the catalyst, nbutanoic acid and n-butanol reacted to form butyl butanateThe optimum conditions were as follows:basing on 02mol nbutanoic acid,molar ratio of nbutanol to nbutanoic acid was 14, mass of catalyst was 20g, reaction time was 90min, and the yield of butyl butanate was 861% under these conditions Experimental results showed that the catalyst had many advantages, such as high activity, preparation easiness, low cost and good reusability 
