摘要
碘内酯化反应是通过含碘试剂与烯酸化合物进行反应生成碘代内酯 .该反应具有较强的区域和立体选择性 ,在不对称有机合成中起重要作用 .主要综述近年来碘内酯化反应的区域选择性控制和立体选择性控制 (包括非对映选择性和对映选择性控制 )及其在不对称合成应用中的进展 .
Iodolactonization of unsaturated acids and their derivatives mediated by iodine with good regio- and stereoselectivity is a powerful process in synthetic organic chemistry. The progress in the regio- and stereo-controlled iodolactonization and their application to asymmetric synthesis in recent years are reviewed.
