硅胶负载碘催化合成苹果酯-A 被引量:4

Synthesis of Fructone Catalyzed by Iodine/Silica Composite

摘要 研究了以硅胶负载碘(I2/SiO2)为催化剂合成苹果酯-A的反应,考察了反应时间、醇酮摩尔比、催化剂质量等因素对苹果酯-A收率的影响。结果表明:I2/SiO2是合成苹果酯-A的良好催化剂,硅胶具有显著的催化促进作用.最佳反应条件是在乙酰乙酸乙酯用量为0.1mol,n乙酰乙酸乙酯:n乙二醇=1:1.7,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的0.9%,带水剂环已烷为12mL,回流反应时间为90min,产物收率为88.8%。 Fructone was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate (1) and glycol(2) using I2/SiO2 (3) as catalyst. Factors influencing the yield were discussed and the best conditions were found. Experimental result showed that 3 was an excellent catalyst , with n (1) :n(2) = 1.0:1.7, w(3 ) = 0.9%, and reaction time 90 min , the yield of fructone can reach 88.8%.
