摘要
综述了有机锡化合物在不对称合成天然产物中的应用。有机锡化合物应用于天然产物的不对称合成 ,反应条件温和、活性高、有很高的立体选择性和区域选择性 ,有广阔的应用前景。
This paper has reviewed some kinds of asymmetric synthesis in natural products by means of organotin compounds, such as carbacycle formation, oxacycle and nitracycle formation, intermolecular radical additions and the synthesis of homoallylic alcohols and amino acid, etc. The prospects of organotin compounds application in this respect have also been discussed.
