摘要
目的 探讨动态心电图(DCG)在围绝经期妇女心脏病诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 对200例以心脏病症状就诊的围绝经期妇女进行ECG和DCG检查,结合临床资料将其分为心脏病组(73例)和非心脏病组(127例),将2组DCG果进行对比分析。结果 心电异常检出率心脏病组明显高于非心脏病组,单纯房、室性早搏的检出率心脏病组小于非心脏病组(P<0.001);心肌缺血、复杂性心律失常、复合性心电异常的检出率心脏病组明显高于非心脏病组(P<0.001)。结论DCG结合临床资料可对更年期心脏病患者进行诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective To study the application of DCG in diagnosis of cardiac disease of the women in peri menopausal period. Methods 200 patients with cardiac symptoms were divided into two groups: the cardiac disease group ( n = 73)and the non-cardiac disease group( n = 127),according to their ECG and DCG data and clinical data . the DCG data of both groups were analysed comparatively. Results The detecting rate of electrocardio abnormality was significantly higher in the cardiac disease group than that in the non-cardiac disease group. The detecting rate of purely atrial and ventricular premature beats was significantly lower in the cardiac disease group than that in the non cardiac disease group( P < 0.001); The detecting rates of complex arrhythmia, compound ECG abnormalities and myocardial ischemia were significantly higher in the cardiac disease group than those in the non-cardiac disease group ( P < 0.001) . Conclusion DCG data combined with the clinical data of peri-menopausal period women with cardiac disease has the value of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
