摘要
目的 了解绝经对心脏功能的影响。方法 采用超声多普勒诊断仪测定 30例绝经妇女及 2 4例育龄妇女的心脏血流动力学参数。结果 绝经组反映心脏收缩功能、舒张功能及泵血功能的多项指标发生不利变化。
Objective\ To study the changes of cardiac function in postmenopausal women.Method\ The cardiac hemodynamic parameters were measured by color Doppler echocardiography in 30 postmenopausal and 24 reproductive women.Results\ There were more bad changes in hemodynamic parameters in postmenopausal group than that in the other group,which included the cardiac systolic function,diastolic function and pump function.Conclusion\ The low estrogen level in menopausal women will do harm to their cardiac function.
