摘要
目的 :选择蒲芩消炎片一步制粒的最佳工艺条件。方法 :应用正交试验法 ,以 16～ 4 0目颗粒的重量和颗粒的含水量为考察指标 ,对影响蒲芩消炎片一步制粒过程的因素进行考察。结果 :正交试验设计的 4个因素中 ,喷雾速率和进风温度影响显著。结论 :最佳工艺条件为 :喷雾速率为 80 g/ min,雾化压力为 2 .1kg/ cm2 ,进风温度为 (10 0± 2 )℃ ,出风温度为(4 0± 2 )℃。
Objective:To select the optimum conditions for fluid bed granulation of Puqin Xiaoyan Tablets. Methods:The process was studied by orthogonal experimental design.Results:The rate of spraying and the blast temperature are notable effect.Conclusion:It's the optimum process: the rate of spraying is 80 g/min, the spraying press is 2.1 kg/cm 2, the blast temperature is (100±2)℃ and the aeration temperature is (40±2)℃.
