摘要
目的优化六味补血颗粒的喷雾制粒工艺。方法 应用正交试验法,采用喷雾干燥制粒机制粒并在流化床上进行干燥,以浸膏浓缩的相对密度、物料干燥温度及雾化压力为考察因素,以颗粒成品收得率及芍药苷转移率为评价指标。结果最佳工艺参数:浸膏相对密度为1.10(80℃),物料干燥温度为95~100℃,雾化压力为0.25MPa。结论该工艺合理、稳定,为工业化生产提供了实验依据。
Objective To optimize the condition of the spray granlulation of Liuwei Buxue Keli. Methods The process was studied by orthogonal experimental design, newly-fluid-bed-spray-deier-granulation technique was adopted, and relative density of the fluid extracts, drying temperature and spray pressure were used as inspecting factors, end-product and the transferring rate of paeoniflorin were used as inspecting markers. Results The optimum spraying granulation technique of Liuwei Buxue Keli was as follows: the relative density of the fluid extracts was 1.10 (80 ℃), the drying temperature was 95-100 ℃ and the spray pressure was 0. 25 MPa. Conclusion The process is rational and stable, which can provide the experimental basis for industrial production.
