摘要
根据端面啮合摆线钢球行星传动的组成结构及传动原理 ,建立了摆线槽多钢球啮合副 (每球多点接触 )的复杂空间力学分析模型。利用力学中的超静定变形协调条件 ,推导出摆线槽啮合副的最大作用力公式。利用赫兹应力理论推导出摆线槽的接触疲劳应力并绘出其应力变化曲线。
The structure and transmission principle of the end face engagement cycloid steel ball planetary transmission are introduced in this paper. The complicated spatial mechanics model for multi-steel ball (multi-point contact of each ball) engagement pairs of the cycloid groove is established. The maximum acting force formula of the cycloid groove engagement pair is deduced by using ultra static distortion harmony conditions. The contact stresses of the cycloid groove are analyzed by Hertz stress theory, and the stress variety curves are drawn. The research results are important for the theory research and application design of this transmission.
