摘要
在ANSYS中分别建立NGW型行星轮系太阳轮、行星轮、齿圈的有限元分析模型,并实现三者的准确装配。对啮合过程进行瞬时啮合仿真分析,精确获取啮合过程中各齿轮齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力变化曲线。在此基础上提取了各齿轮齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力最大值及对应的啮合位置,为对掘进机减速器NGW型行星轮系的寿命分析及结构优化提供依据。
The FEA (Finite Element Analysis) models of the NGW planetary gear train, including sun gear, planet gear and ring gear, are established and correctly assembled in ANSYS. The transient meshing process is simulated, from which gain the curves of teeth contacting stress and tooth-root bending stress for all gears. Based on this, the maximum values both of contacting and bending stress and when and where they take place may be picked off. The study provides the basis for analyzing the service life and optimizing the structure of NGW planetary gear train.
