摘要
摆线钢球减速器结构存在不平衡质量问题,由其引起的受迫振动对减速器性能造成很大影响。针对一级摆线钢球减速器,建立其在有无配重两种情况下的动力学分析模型,并对其受迫振动进行了研究。分析结果表明,不平衡质量离心惯性力是引起的周向受迫振动的主要振源,振动强弱程度主要取决于输入转速的高低以及偏心质量的质径积大小。存在配重时,减速器得到很好的静平衡和动平衡,受迫振动振幅和频率大幅度减小,动态性能得以优化。
There is an unbalance mass problem with the structure of the cycloid steel ball reducer, it causes the forced vibration and influences on the function of the reducer. This paper is aimed at one-level cycloid steel ball planetary reducer, to set up a dynamic analysis model of the two situations if it has balance weight or not, and the forced vibration is studied. The analysis result shows that the centrifugal inertia force caused by unbalance mass is the mainly confirmed source of vibration. The reducer has a suitable static balance and dynamic balance when it has the balance weight, and then the frequency and amplitude of the forced vibration are greatly decreased, so that the dynamic property can be optimized.
