摘要
自我国加入世贸组织以来,技术贸易壁垒仍困扰着我国农、畜、水产品的出口。其主要原因在于我国与发达国家之间在农业科学技术水平和组织管理上存在一定的差异,以及发达国家利用WTO有关协议规则,采取更为高级的贸易保护手段。我们应认真分析我国农产品不能跨越技术贸易壁垒的原因,并采取积极的应对策略,突破农产品的技术贸易壁垒。
On viewing the fact that China's membership of the WTO brings consecutive technique barriers to her exports of farm,aquatic and livestock products on account of the disparities in agricultural technology and management as well as the relevant treaties of the WTO adopted by the advanced countries with sophisticated measures,the paper first attempts to make an analysis of the causes of the failure of China's farm produce to break the technique barriers and then raises some relevant strategies and coun-termeasures.
