摘要企业能否对技术性贸易壁垒先期预警是跨越日益增多的技术性贸易壁垒的关键,就出口企业如何对突如其来的技术壁垒进行预警,从而及早采取有效措施,并以具体案例对其结论作了印证。 Early warning of technicality trade barrier is the key for striding across the daily increased technicality trade barrier. This paper discusses how to do early warning and adopt early effective measures for export enterprise technical barrier come all of sudden and confirms this result with particular case.
