摘要
利用土壤薄层层析法研究了土壤深度,土壤pH值,复合污染物等因素对涕灭威在土壤中的移动性影响。涕灭威移动性随着土层加深而增强,移动性等级属于第四级———移动性强。中性土壤环境中,涕灭威移动性最弱,非中性环境有利于涕灭威移动。阴离子表面活性剂(SDBS)能促进涕灭威迁移,而非离子表面活性剂(Tween60)对移动性影响不大。无机氮肥的有效成分氨氮,能阻碍涕灭威在土壤中的移动。
In this paper, the factors affecting transformation of aldicarb in soil were studied by soil thin-layer chromatography, including depth of soil, pH value of soil, compound pollutants. We found that transformation of aldicarb varied with depth of soil and the transferability gradation was Ⅳgrade. Compared to non-neutral soil environment, in neutral soil environment transferability of aldicarb was the weakest. Anionic surfactant solution could promote aldicarb to transfer, while Tween60 had little effect on the transformation of aldicarb. Ammonia nitrogen could prevent aldicarb from transformation in the soil.
