摘要
企业业务流程创新管理能使企业绩效得到巨大改善。建立了企业业务流程创新管理的绩效评价指标体系 ,运用模糊综合评价法对其进行了科学评价。
The business process innovation management can bring great improvement to enterprise performance. This paper establishes an index system of performance evaluation for above mentioned management, and makes a scientific evaluation with the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.
