摘要
研制了一种用于测量储油罐油位的光纤传感系统,介绍了完整的研制过程。传感头是利用光纤的微弯效应制成的压力传感器,用耐油铝塑管对光纤和传感头进行封装。样机实测显示,最大非线性度为2.9%,灵敏度为14.5mV/10.8mV/kPa。本系统结构简单,成本低廉,非常适用于要求防燃、防爆和耐腐蚀等场合的液位测量。
A fiber optical sensor used for oil level measurement was developed.The pressure sensing element is based on optical fiber′s microbend effect,a long enhanced PVC pipe is used to isolate the sensing element.Test results show that the nonlinearity and the sensitivity of the sensor are 2.9 % and 10.8 mV/kPa respectively.The sensor has simple structure,low cost,etc.Therefore,it is wellsuited for liquid level measurement in easyburning,easyexplosive and corrosive circumstances such as oil tank,chemical substance container,etc.
