摘要
介绍了一种光纤压力传感器探头的设计和计算。利用平膜片实现压力与位移的转换 ,其位移由光纤传感器检测出来。探头中两光纤呈 θ角度放置 ,能使系统的灵敏度达到 41.6 m V/ MPa。传感器探头的最大承压为 3MPa。
This paper presnets a study on the design and calculation of a optic fiber sensing head.Study shows the displacement which is transformed by the flat diaphragm can be detected by the optic fiber sensor.The sensitivity of the system will be raised markedly to 41.6 mV/MPa when the angle of the optic fibers in the optic fiber sensing head is θ,and its biggest pressure bearing capacity can reach 3 MPa.
