摘要
目的 检测中药复方制剂骨络灵胶囊中是否含有糖皮质激素类药物醋酸泼尼松。方法 采用液相色谱 -质谱联用技术对骨络灵胶囊中的醋酸泼尼松成分进行分离和鉴定。色谱柱为 Zorbax SB-C1 8( 4 .6mm× 1 5 0mm,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -1 0 m L·L- 1乙酸水溶液 ( 60∶ 40 ) ,紫外检测波长为 2 40 nm,质谱检测为电喷雾离子化正离子方式。结果 用 LC-MS分析了骨络灵胶囊和醋酸泼尼松对照品 ,根据液相色谱的保留时间和质谱所提供的相对分子质量及碎片信息对其中的醋酸泼尼松成分进行了鉴别。
Objective To identify prednisone acetate in Guluoling capsules. Methods HPLC ESI MS was used to identify prednisone acetate. The HPLC column was Zorbax SB C 18 (4 6 mm×150 mm ID,5 μm) and the mobile phase was methanol 10 mL·L -1 acetic acid(60∶40). A DAD detector was set at 240 nm to detect the component. Ionization method was ESI(+). Results According to the information of t R ,relative molecule mass and fragment ions by mass spectrum, prednisone acetate was identified in Guluoling capsules. Conclusion Prednisone acetate was identified in determined Guluoling capsule samples.
