摘要
本文采用3月龄SD雄性大鼠24只,随机分为对照组(Ⅰ组)、激素组(Ⅱ组)和预防组(Ⅲ组)。Ⅱ组喂醋酸泼尼松2次/周;Ⅲ组除喂泼尼松外,还同时喂壮骨肾宝0.2ml/天。3个月后对三组大鼠胫骨上段的骨片用图象分析仪进行测算和分析。激素组与对照组比较,由于骨吸收大于骨形成,出现骨小梁面积和数量减少,骨小梁之间的空隙增加。壮骨肾宝预防组的骨吸收率受到明显抑制,新骨形成增加,因而骨量明显增加。本研究提示。
In the experimental study, 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats at three months of age were randomly divided into three groups: group Ⅰ served as control; group Ⅱ was administered with prednisone acetate; and group Ⅲ was administereed with prednisone acetate+traditional Chinese medicine Zhuanggu Shengbao. The drugs were used for three months. The histomorphometric parameters in sections of proximal tibia were measured and calculated in three groups. Percent trabecular area and trabecular number (density) were decreased and trabecular separation in creased owing to bone resorption exceeding formation in hormone-treated group as compared with the control.However, the bone mass in hormone+traditional Chinese medicine-treated group exceeded that in hormone-treated group because of bone resorpton rate lower than that in hormone-treated group. The results indicate that prednisone-induced osteoporosis could be prevented by Zhangu Shengbao composed of traditional Chinese medicine.
