摘要
邻菲罗啉和丙二酸型络合剂形成的双配体络合物,无论对络合物进行理论研究还是开发利用都具有广泛的应用前景,为填补市场紧缺,满足科研急需,我们参阅有关文献自行设计了由3-苯基-1-丙醇开始,经3-苯丙基氯,再与丙二酸二乙酯的碳负离子进行亲核取代,继而水解合成苯丙基丙二酸的合成路线,合成了r-苯丙基丙二酸。
The synthesis of (γ-phenylpropyl)-malonic acid is reported in this paper. The compound is a diligand complex reagent of Ophenanthroline and malonic acid model. According to our synthetic procedure the 3-phenylpropyl chloride was obstained from beginning reagent 3-phenylpropyl alcohol. On carrying out a nucleophilic substitution on diethyl malonate, γ-phenylpropyl malonic acid was finally got by hydrolyzed diethyl malonate.
