摘要
本文报告了苯乙基丙二酸的合成。该化合物是邻菲罗啉和丙二酸型络合剂双配体络合物的一种络合剂。在我们的合成方法中,先从2-苯乙醇开始合成了2-苯乙基氯,再用丙二酸二乙酯的烯醇盐离子进行亲核取代。将所得的苯乙基丙二酸二乙酯皂化继而酸化,最后得到了苯乙基丙二酸。第一步的反应产率达到了88.66％。第三步反应产率达86.52％。
In this paper, we report the synthesis of phenylethyl acid, Which is one of complex agent in diligand complex compounds of O-phenanthroline and malonic acid type. First we synthesized the 2-phenylethyl chloride from 2-phenylethyl alcohol. Then it was substituted by enolate anion of diethyl malonate and converted to ester. Finally, phenylethyl malonic acid was obtained by acidification from saponification of the ester. The yield of first step attained to 88.66% and the yield of third step attained to 86.52%.
