摘要
随着电力体制改革的日益深化 ,水电厂有必要寻求一种有效的途径来降低运行和检修成本 ,提高竞争力。提出了优化检修的思路 ,应用适合于水电厂的简化 RCM分析方法来调整检修策略 ,并在实施中不断调整和完善。
With the development of electric power industry deregulation,it is necessary for hydroelectric power plant to find an effective way to reduce the operation and maintenance cost for improving the competitiveness.The idea of maintenance optimization was put forward:apply the streamlined RCM analysis method suitable for hydroelectric power plant to adjust maintenance strategy and continue to perfect it during implementation.Measure for proper development of maintenance optimization was also pointed out.
