摘要
由于黄河水流的特性,使水电站混流式水轮机磨蚀严重的部位依次是叶片背面出口边靠近下环处、叶片之间的上冠流道、下环内外表面等.根据磨蚀规律,论述了水轮机磨蚀防护一般采用的效果较好的防护措施,如涂层防护、优化转轮设计、减少过机泥沙等,可为工程应用参考.
As the characteristics of Yellow River flow,the severe abrasion positions of francis turbine are on blade at the back side near the exit at lower ring,the leaves on the crown between the flow channel,the next ring inside and outside the surface,and so on.According to the abrasion law,the measure are adopted to defend the turbines abraded,such as coating protection,optimizing wheel design,reducing sediment,and so on,these can be refered for engineering application.
