摘要
介绍国内外设备检修方式的发展和合理检修策略的选择原则 ,在此基础上提出了发电设备实施状态检修拟采用的具体工作方法 :采用 RCM分析方法确定合适的检修方式、根据需要合理配置监测设备、建立状态诊断工作站综合分析设备状态、通过 CMMS实现检修管理的现代化、建立一套对检修结果进行评价以不断改进检修及管理方式的机制。着重指出实施状态检修不仅仅是先进监测和诊断技术的应用 。
The development of maintenance modes of power generating equipment in home and abroad and the principle for selection of rational maintenace strategy are decribed and the pratical working method for condition based maintenance of power generating equipment are suggested, which including RCM analytical method for determination of rational maintenance modes; proper configuration of monitoring devices; establishment of condition diagnosis working station for analysis of eguipment condition; using CMMS for realization of management modernization; establishment of an evaluation system to assess the maintenance result for continuous improvement of maintenance and management modes. The article finally points out that the realization of condition based maintenance is not only an application of advanced monitoring and diagnostic technology, but also a revolution of existing maintenance management mode.
