摘要
甜菜碱的制备方法有两种:一是从甜菜糖蜜中直接提取;二是采用人工合成,最常用的方法是用一氯乙酸与三甲胺进行人工合成。甜菜碱是一种季铵型生物碱,是一种高效甲基供体,能调节动物体内渗透压、促进脂肪代谢和蛋白质合成。甜菜碱及其衍生物在化工、印染、日化、医药、食品、饲料等领域都有广泛的用途。
There are two kinds of preparative method for betaine,the first one is extraced directly from the beet molasses;the second one is artificial synthesis,which is generally used with chlor-acetic acid and trimethylamine.Betaine is a kind of quaternary ammonium type alkaloid and methyl group donor with high efficiency,it can regulate the osmotic pressure of the organism and accelerate fat metabolism and protein synthesis.Betaine and its ramification are applied widely in chemical industry,printing and dyeing,chemistry for daily use,medicine,food,feedstuff,etc.
