摘要
在 19篇参考文献基础上综述了近几年来用不同聚酰亚胺如双马来酰亚胺、聚酰胺酸、聚醚酰亚胺、聚酯酰亚胺等对环氧树脂进行的耐热性、韧性及加工工艺等方面的改性研究进展 ,指出今后的研究方向是确保耐热性的前提下 。
Progresses of study on modified epoxy adhesive are reviewed.Bismaleimide,polyamide acide,polyesterimide,polyetherimide as modifiers are used to modify the thermal endurance property,toughness and processibility of epoxy.Study directions are pointed in the paper.
