摘要
以双马来酰亚胺(BMI)、环氧树脂和芳香二胺为主要原料,利用BMI的耐高温性能,在保证环氧高强度的基础上,对环氧胶粘剂进行改性。重点讨论了加料方式、组成对性能(尤其是耐高温和耐温度冲击性)的影响。
A modified epoxy adhesive was prepared from bismaleimide(BMI), epoxy resin(E51)and 4,4 diaminodiphenyl methane(DDM), based on the good thermal stability of BMI and the adhesive strength of E 51 . The influence of production means and material ratio on the characteristics of adhesives(especially hightemperature strength and temperatureshock strength) was investigated. High strength (about 30 MPa) thermal stable adhesive could be made successfully.
